Did you know that ALL genders are a mix of both Masculine & Feminine Energy? Males actually have MORE of theres energies since they have BOTH the X & Y Chromosome. 🧬 Society teaches us to repress our feminine energy... ESPECIALLY men are taught to “Not Cry” & to suppress their emotions. So to fit in...they become more Dominant in their Masculine Energy. So they play sports, join the military and do other things to PROVE they are “MANLY MEN” 🤦🏻‍♀️ Why though? We are ALL human and here to have a human experience. Men should be able to cry and share emotions. We place unrealistic expectations on them and it’s not fair. Things aren’t easier for women either. I have faced these challenges too.
