Flood waters #Liquidpour #cells #flowtrol #liquitex #applebarrell #ocean First I sanded and old canvas that had a unsold piece of art that was a complete mistake where I had added glitter to the top of my pour and it looked really bad. So I then added white and blue painted as the back ground layer. Making sure to get the edges. You can put a mirror on the far side of the canvas to ensure you don't forget the sides. In this pour I used teal blue, yellow, sea green, white , tiny bit of purple, pink, and flowtrol I added silicone oil to the white and blue . Sturred each color for 3 to 4 minutes and let it sit for about 5 to ten minuted. Then poured all the colors into one cup.#dirtypour Then let that sit for a good while and then poured onto a tiltled canvas in wing span style. I flipped the other colored cups over on the canvas and let them drain out for 3 to 5 minutes. Iixed another cup of white for 3 minutes with floetrol and silicone and then poured it all around the paint from the dirty pour. #negativespace Ultimately I poured the dirty pour all the way to the edges over the white to get a lot of cells. I use a pallet knife to clear the drips off the side. The hardest part is walking away when it looks good. I took the excess paint dripping off onto the paper and drizzled it over the canvas edges. It was a little loopy so I took a ziptie and scraped the excess off the edges making the swipes that are at the bottom right. When using flowtrol you do not need to use a torch. #fluidartwork #oceaninspired #beautiful #liquidartz♍🌘🌗🌖🌔🌓🌒 https://www.instagram.com/p/BoH31iKj4UQ/?utm_source=ig_tumblr_share&igshid=1ifjlz1ujvlm6
