Bit of a cold so I'm trying to feed it, but now I feel sick :/

Gonna keep my November (Flowvember) goals simple:

Morning yoga every day, make it a habit (apart from any Saturday where I have to leave the house before 08:30, in which case I can do evening yoga)

Drink more water!

Get back into eating healthy and fuelling my body properly

My reasons:

My priority is studying for the JLPT. The exam is December 7th.

Exercise helps to manage ADHD symptoms (this is very well-documented!) Managing my symptoms will enable me to focus better and therefore study better

Dehydration also negatively impacts cognitive functions, including attention and memory, as well as mood function. So drinking water is really important!

Being properly nourished will also help me to stay focused and keep my mood stable and improve my ability to study properly. Sugar crashes from processed sugar, chronic inflammation from ultra-processed foods etc will make me tired and unable to retain or recall information to the best of my abilities

I want to log things to hold myself accountable, but I might keep it simple. No report card or reflections; just a quick check-in.
