Chef Aaron and his team have put together an absolutely stellar menu for this year's farm dinner being held on September 19th at the Floyd EcoVillage . Guests will have an option between a vegetarian and non-vegetarian entree. All meals can easily be adapted to vegan and gluten-free guests. What can I possibly say about Susanna and Andrew except that they are an amazingly sweet couple that are full of life and happiness. We had an incredible wedding and reception today. The weather started off not so great and ended up gorgeous. Luckily they got to have the wedding outside just like they wanted. We are excited to announce that we have added three new landscapers to our family here at the Floyd EcoVillage. They were born in February and are super sweet. If you are staying with us in the Lodge or cabins, visiting the event center or stopping by to grab something from the farm store, you should take a small walk to the field across the pond and say hello.
