Fake Love, Real Life
It was fake, their relationship. It was fake.
He was no longer sure if it was fake because of what she believed, or what he believed, or if it was still fake in the fundamentality of it all. Because when you fake love for long enough, it becomes familiar. It becomes comforting. The sort of things one looks for, the things that are easier to go along with than change.
His relationship was fake, but the faintly audible sobs, echoing down the hall? Those were real. And the girl who’s body was shaking from them? She was very real.
Is familiarity worth losing reality?
Is living a lie comforting enough to give up on feeling real feelings?
He was falling in love with the girl down the hall, the real one. But he was falsely faithful to the girl he’d indebted the past few years of his life to.
Super excited for this one.
Many more shows in the works. More than ever before.
And more radio. And more internet. More everything. More more more.
Hope you'll join us. x
