How about an AU where Nao Shimura survives Tenko's quirk manifestation rampage.

1- Nao packs a bag after her conversation with Kotaro. She isn't sure if he's going to make things right, she hopes so after their talk, but she has to be sure either way. She's packing a bag for the kids when she hears the screams outside. By the time she gets out there, Mon, Hana, Kotaro, and her parents are gone, and Tenko is sitting in the wreckage.

2- He scrambles up to meet her, crying, but as his hand brushes a broken piece of tile, it turns to dust. Nao orders him to stop for a second, let her figure out whats happening. She goes to the house and grabs a pair of gloves, telling him that if he wears them, everything will stop breaking. It works because he thinks it'll work, and she holds him while they both cry.

3- When Nao is out of tears and Tenko has passed out, she picks him up and goes through the house, getting all the money, the photos, the valuables. Then she gets a cab and goes to a hotel, tucks Tenko in, and spends the night researching on her phone what she should do, what heroes would do, what would happen to her son. It terrifies her. She can't even pretend some villain did this, it'd be discovered as soon as she registered Tenko's quirk.

4- She hasn't worked since before she got married, but she finds a job in a restaurant and a room to rent above it, the manager agreeing after she tells that her husband and family were just killed in a villain fight, and she's still waiting for any insurance pay, isn't sure if it'll come from the hero but she's got to feed her surviving son. It's peaceful for a few weeks, but then she realizes this resturant is likely a front, and when one of the men collecting some 'payment' from her manager scares Tenko and he accidentally dusts a napkin holder its confirmed in the form of the right hand of the yakuza head knocking on her door that night, promising higher pay and protection in return for Tenko eventually becoming a member. Nao, seeing no way out, quietly agrees and hopes her son will forgive her.

5- A few months later, a way out appears- a white haired man with red eyes slaughters through the yakuza, ending with the collectors in the middle of the restaurant, the manager and Nao watching in terror. He tells her he's an old family friend of the Shimuras- of Kotaro's mother- and has been looking for any survivors after hearing what happened. He's something of a quirk expert, and he can offer better safety, if Nao and Tenko come with him.

For the Nao lives AU! - what if she ran into Inko and Izuku? Unknowingly being given sanctuary by AFO's wife and son?

So like Tenko and Izuku get to be brothers as a treat (and maybe Nao and Inko fall in love with each other, Bam! Both the kiddos get 2 mom's)

I warned y'all, you could bring the DfO stick to the fight, but you can't choose who it hits.

Actually Nao ends up with the Todorokis! After a very strange meeting in the park Fuyumi invites them in for lunch because Natsuo and the weird boy his age are hungry and she can tell Nao is stressed and hungry- almost reminds her of her own mother, near breaking and trying not to- and then surprise Enji gets home early so Fuyumi covers by saying Nao is the nanny Enji agreed to hire because Fuyumi is gonna be busy in high school now.

This is a win because now Fuyumi just pays Nao directly from Enji and she doesn't have to worry about finding work with a secret name and no papers, and also the kids get to be kids a little more. Also Tenko feeds the fire of Natsuo and Shoto's rebellion.

Nao was worried about putting more people at risk in case AfO survived after all or his followers looked for them, but the home of the number two hero with no paper trail is about as safe as she can get anyway- especially since she doesn't know what state All Might is really in after that fight either.

Nao wouldn't have risked staying around a sweet but unprotected Inko, not when her little son is already so vulnerable. And it's a good thing too, since if Tenko befriended Izuku, he'd inevitably threaten Katsuki with decay, and then AfO would find out that his runaway successor and his mother are very close to his hidden family and threatened to kill his son over some quirkless brat which is bad for everyone involved.

Hey pocket- 2 q.s if you had to handle the problem Bakugo had with Izuku ( they clearly needed some intervention) how would you have done it?

Also- in teacher fuyumi au- how does she handle this.

"if" well not to that extent but I have already had to deal with students who need intervention, though largely those incidents have either been more along a Mineta situation, or have involved both parties actively attacking and trying for a fight. The first thing I do is seperate them on the seating chart, then if there's still a problem I call whoever is inciting it outside for a chat and warn them any more harassing of classmates will result in them getting written up, administration involved, and detentions or further consequences.

Teacher Fuyumi has some limitations though, in that I don't think she could move them on the seating chart without asking Aizawa to do it. But she would call them away individually to talk, probably notice this is not at all an equal situation, and tell Katsuki that she expects better of him and that he won't be in group with or against Izuku in her class until he can show her he's improved. Katsuki would bite back that he doesn't want to work with Deku anyway, and she would remind him that that includes the sports festival, so he's going to be on good behavior until then at least. After the SF, on seeing the problems persist, I think she'd warn him that at this rate, she sees him ending up like her father. His reaction to this makes her realize he must have eavesdropped on the family history, which doesn't make her happy, but it does make it more effective.
