Went to pull a pump yesterday on a building loop yesterday. But the valves are stuck. They wouldn’t close and are frozen open. So it’s now becomes a weekend job and replacing two victaulic valves. I always try to massage the valves on a PM just to make sure they still open and close when needed. We don’t maintain this site. Even if it’s a slight movement of the valve when the system is running. Will wait to do on another day.
