I'm feeling awful... PMDD is not fun... 2 weeks of suffering... even with meds... like this... every month... so exhausting...

And now worsening because of anxiety...

I usually draw to have fun, but it's no longer fun...

Sad depression is not just about wanting to die. Thankfully I'm not feeling that one this time.

This kind of depression is the one that makes whatever you love doesn't give you spark of joy anymore.

And anxious doesn't help because I'm actually worried... what if I no longer enjoy Rufus... Rufus baby~ Cute baby~

I tried playing other games. While it can distract my mind while playing, but when I rest, my depression and anxiety come back...

I'm just tired... so tired...

Anyway, I got new meds to help my anxiety. And apparently, I had panic attak several times this past week without me realizing it.
