top 5 ways to relax :)
this is fun and ironic because according to dance teachers, medical professionals, and my friends and family, I am Bad At Relaxing :’)
exercise — mostly because it forces my brain to focus on something and also releases the Good Happy Brain Chemicals
practicing piano — literally the first thing on my “When I Eventually Move” shopping list is a keyboard bc i miss playing so so sooo much D: i don’t need a bed i need a gd piano
drawing/writing — these are lumped together because they both can either be relaxing or Even More Stress-Inducing RIP
going for a long walk — fresh air! flowers! not being in the same 2000 sq ft space i’m in at all times
editing — it’s a whole separate brain function from writing and weirdly satisfying? in college, i’d edit my prof’s manuscript before bed because it helped me wind down and go to sleep lol
