I *finally * remembered to post a fly on Fly Day Friday!
This is a neat little fly called a Flutter Fly, Toxonevra superba. Was pretty sure it was a fruit fly but this is a different family, the Pallopteridae. Thanks to Ross Hill on bugguide.net for setting me straight.
