Maria Respects Captain America as much as she sadly mistrusts him.

SHIELD thought in twisty corkscrews, and sometimes did the wrong thing for the right reasons, and their secrets had secrets.

Cap knew secrets eventually came back to bite the keeper in the ass.

This would eventually be a problem, and Maria Hill just knew it.

Now, seeing as Rachel is described as an olympic level athlete, she also makes sure to keep up her training and especially focuses on her good health. She eats three large meals a day, morning, lunch and evening dinner. Then she has three, small in-between meals as the doctors says are healthy (On a normal basis) It's typically vegatables.

Rachel makes a lot out of what she eats -- she loves to cook and she's always making sure to eat properly. Occasionally when she's at work or get home late, she still can't get herself to eat any form of fastfood. 

However, everyone can figure out that she won't be able to eat six times a day if she's away on a mission or something like that. Of course she skips that -- but she's trying her best to keep up with it.
