also he's based on his scientist's brain scan!! because Lin needed Something to show for her work. and hey, the world's fucked anyways. might as well get that sweet sweet Aether funding to make her passion project.
except FABA, keeps taking CREDIT, for HER WORK, and even worse her base design is AWESOME and WORKS GREAT but he keeps adding SHITTY CODE TO IT.
and from FLAX's point of view, there they are just being an android built to protect Pokemon and whatever Aether's mission is, and now his builder's boss's SHITTY CODE keeps giving him migraines.
still, getting his own name (even if it's from the world's least interesting namer) (blood loss doesn't excuse a lack of creativity) is a step in the right direction, right?
