Which do you prefer? The #flyingdownwarddog / front belt wrap variation in the first photo or the standing option in the second photo? So many people find this posture uncomfortable when they first try it (including me!) but changing the fabric height and adding a little padding can really help. As can sequencing the class so everyone can choose from a range of options and find the one that suits them best! I’ve just shared a breakdown of different variations and adaptions and an #aerialyogaflow video in our Online Library - head to my bio to watch for free 🌱 These videos are for #aerialyoga students and the #aerialyogateacher who wants to make this practice more accessible to a wider range of people 🌿 Often options for larger bodies and people working with different health conditions and different needs aren’t covered in #aerialyogateachertraining and even if they are there’s always more to learn - let’s open up a conversation about #makingaerialyogamoreaccessible - I’d love to hear your thoughts! . . . . . #gardenofyoga #aerialyogalove #yogalove #yogalife #accessibleyoga #bodypositiveyoga #onlineyoga #yogaonline (at Garden of Yoga) https://www.instagram.com/p/CEjNxEHDmqm/?igshid=wa5h1d3zzjh0
