Especia on FM NACK5′s “i Meet Up!” with Pour Lui (14 February 2016)
This is the first time Pour Lui and Especia have appeared on a radio show together despite often working together.
Pour Lui didn’t realise that “Especia” meant “Spice” and thought it was English instead of Spanish.
Especia their impressions of Tokyo: A mix bag of unique people from a lot of different places.
Pour Lui mentions that there are a lot of gross men in Tokyo, yet Especia mentions that their fans aren’t gross and that they’re pretty decent people.
Haruka mentions she feels happy when her male fans cosplay as the girls, even wearing skirts.
Especia mentioned that tickets to their final concert Hotel Estrella -Especia- at VedetteBoite on the 29th of February are sold out.
The final concerts will be non-stop songs without any MCs until the end.
The girls were asked about their Valentines Day experiences
Haruka once gave chocolate to the boy she sat in class after school, but the next day, she found the chocolate on her desk. He returned it because he didn’t like her.
Especia couldn’t make or give any chocolate this year as they’re on tour.

The girls were asked about their favourite seafood dish.
Chika likes sashimi and stewed seafood curry.
Erika likes salmon and sushi.
Haruka likes buri-daikon.
Monari has been going to izakaya (Japanese bistros) recently and has acquired a taste for hokke mackerel.
When asked which outfits they liked the best. Haruka and Monari liked GUSTO’s outfits because of their sporty-look and they were distinguishable.
Erika wishes that they could have heels as part of their outfits so they can try dancing with them. They believed their choreography is quite masculine so it might be difficult.
When asked what Especia can do better than Pour Lui. Chika states that she can do a perverted face better than Pour Lui.
Haruka mentions that she’s never actually spoken with her about perverted things so, Pour Lui mentions that she eats the outside of stuffed bread and gives the filling to her boyfriend.
When asked about their favourite songs from CARTA, Chika mentioned that she likes Interstellar because it’s quite different from their usual songs due to its fast-tempo.
Erika likes Over Time, which is a bittersweet song about a girl’s romance, because of its laid-back/relaxing vibe.
Haruka hopes that many people can watch their final performances before Especia become a duo.
Pour Lui wishes Chika, Chihiro, and Monari all the best with their graduation.
