After 3 years without drawing them, here are my current designs for TFC Circus Baby and William Afton. I tried to be as close as I can to the book description and added some of my personal touches as well. They were my first drawings posted on social media and it is pretty nice to see the evolution of how I made them back then and what I can do now!

Notes WA: 4 metal pieces made to hold the animatronic's hands tight and in place are still pierced in Afton's right hand visibly places between his fingers and disappearing through the skin; in his left hand there's only one left.
I want the scars to be similar to the springlock injuries shown in Pressure.
Notes CB: The orange waistcoat is actually covering her mechanical innards. To take out her claw she undoes the lowest bottom situated at the center. I've been thinking of giving her two types of pants: the first is white, the second would be with red and orange stripes.
The bell located on her shoes jingle lightly every time she takes a step.
And most importantly, I will always draw Circus Baby with a clown neck ruffle.
