consider making your main background black? i think the darker clouds make the composition a bit busy, if that doesnt work maybe make the sidebar either black or just take away the white part and make the entire background those dark clouds?? or the entire thing black?? im not sure, play around with it, i just think with both pictures the whole thing is a bit crowded
