can someone hold my hand i really have to be an adult and do a thing at work i dont want to do but i have to do it and im gonna throw up i hate anxiety i hate mental illness i just want to be able to do my job without sweating through my clothing

😭 hello thank you for this GIFT of a submission i saw it when u sent it but i got so flabbergasted and nervous i was like!! um!! me???
i think i have very pretty eyes, they're brown but i just ?? i dunno!! this is from my husbands instagram, i think they've got pretty variation.
2. i have a very big heart and i can fall in love with anyone and everything and, as much as i dislike how HUGE my emotions are sometimes, my ability to care about people deeply is something people admire about me and i've finally stopped arguing it LOL
(i have 2 friends who are genuinely my sons even if they are not blood and one of them is less than a year younger than me. they are my kids and if i had a big enough house to have them live with me until i knew they were safe and good and on their feet, i would in a heart beat.)
3. holy fuck sometimes i can bang out some written lines like writing poetry is in my blood (it might be idk)

I HAVE A LOT OF SONGS MEMORIZED!! i really love singing and i love singing love songs ough my god. i dont think i am particularly good though people have told me otherwise, was that them being nice or real i'll never know, but that has never once stopped me. i will sing this song if i know the lyrics. and if i dont i will sing the music you will not stop me!!
5. your brain chemistry changes when you have a decent relationship with a parent and they die and because my dad died when i was 20, the last 11 years of my life has been me helping all of my friends go through hard deaths in their lives, and being able to be the pillar for people because of that makes me happy. that something i like about myself, too.
