So I talk about this game fairly often, Save The World, and it's going through some "development problems" lately. It's got a very funny and occasionally heartwrenching story with interesting characters and it's purely audio. Someone has the entire plot of the first two zones uploaded to YouTube (link). I'd recommend you actually give it a shot! If you want to get a good feel for it, I would reccomended Yarrr (link) to start with! There's auto-generated subtitles, and they work rather fine.

As much as I love Save the World and the story I just. Cannot get a chance to play often. My computer isn't great and I have like 1,000 tabs open at all times, which doesn't make a great playing experience possible on PC often, and the system I play it on isn't available for me all day so :/ y'know
