o1. We require a minimum of 250 words per post, in-character. We encourage any post length though, and while it's not a requirement, it is simply considerate to match your partner's post length.
o2. Use correct spelling and grammar. We understand some mistakes, of course, no one is perfect, but please do your best to keep those to a minimum.
o3. No godmodding and/or power play of other characters not your own.
o4. This community is for people 18+. We adhere to the overall rules of our Jcink host and need to stay in compliance, in that vein we ask that you please tag all mature and/or triggering content. A simple [M]in the title of the thread is fine, and if you have any questions about your material, whether it may or may not really be of a mature rating, we'd rather be safe than sorry.
o5. We require you to post something in-character once per week. It doesn't exactly matter what it is, as long as it's up your character is going to be considered in play. We will host activity checks once a month.
o6. Character limits aren't too strict here, all we ask is that you be adequately active with everyone you decide to take. We reserve the right to refuse characters if we see a problem in activity.
o7. Drama is welcome in-character. Out-of-character, not so much. If you have a problem with another player, we ask that you confront them personally, in a respectful manner. If needed, a moderator will be happy to arbitrate.
o8. If you do decide we're the right place for you, please remember to register with your character's name in lower case format. for example: john murphy. don't worry if you mess up, just throw an admin a message and we'll fix it up asap. As for face claims, please make sure all are applicable. Characters for this site can be no younger than 17+ for the sake of the mature rating, so please take that into consideration when applying. All face claim reservations last for one week before expiring.
o9. Avatars are required to be no larger than 250x400 pixels, while the mini profile gif is 170x100. If you need help with any type of graphics there is a forum for requests that you can access once you have your character registered.
10. Finally, don't be a douchebag. If you've come across a problem and can't handle it on your own, contact one of the admins. That's what we're here for! Also, remember to keep the c-box shame/guilt/trigger/rant free, please! Just be respectful to everyone, and HAVE FUN! That's why we're all here~
