Here’s a little uh. experimental unscripted comic strip about something me and @keycchan (honestly MOSTLY Key because she thinks faster than I do and has a fantastic imagination for pain and fluff both; it’s beautiful) conjured up on Discord yesterday. It doesn’t really make much sense on its own like this but the SHORT story is:
Jay and Adust (Jaydust) in an AU in a world of one of my original stories get into trouble and Adust saves Jay’s life by doing a distraction and making him run for it (assumption being that Jay should run out of town) and gets caught and tortured himself and Jay can’t leave town without knowing what happened to him so he gets rid of all of his hair to make himself less recognizable so he can TRY to find out what happened. And then their cat Baobei comes to rescue, first helps Adust escape and then leads Jay to him. She has a long dead mage’s essence in her and she loves her dumb big people who have no idea. Both are incredibly relieved and Jay carries Adust to their hidey-house.
and this is very sketchy but that was the idea, not trying to polish anything (yet at least) and see where the pen takes me and try something new (I didn’t use the watercolor brush! WHAT!). xD I was VERY INSPIRED. This was also supposed to be longer but when the art mojo leaves, it leaves, and this works like this too it’s like. ‘the strange cat story’.
