#i recently moved ans have assigned myself one cleaning task per day #monday I wipe down the kitchen and my fridge and appliances #tuesdays I put on my robot vacuum cleaner on a vacuum & mop cycle #wednesdays is dusting and general wiping #thursday is bathroom #friday is “take out trash and recycling” day #Saturdat is laundry and Sundays I don't do anything.#it's so quick and easy this way and feeks muvh less overwhelming than what I did before #(which was mostly “despair”)#granted my apartment is very small.#but I very specifically built the schedule so that it's easy and quick and keeps the place much nicer #and if I miss a day or two or a week even it's not %[#gonna be a disaster.#This both because of AuDHD and possible ME/CFS #i NEED to have it be as easy and rewarding for me as possible so I don't just freeze and nothing gets done #and so that if I have my fatigue symptoms be worse I can still probably complete the task #obviously not on BAD flare days but the days when is not good but I'm still slightly functional xD
