Time Gears serve an important function. Each one protects time and keeps time flowing properly in each region.
But... What happens if a region loses its time gear? ... I don't know the answer to that question... If I had to guess... It would probably remove the flow of time in that region...
That's why Everyone makes sure never to disturb the Time Gear.

Learning about the time gears was so interesting~ They brought such a good layer of mystery to the game! Especially seeing the hero's reaction to seeing a time gear at Fogbound Lake! When I first played I always wanted the hero to touch it, I wonder what would happen?
