Skelliger from Clan Tuirseach and one of Hjalmar's companions (along with Vigi the Loon).

To be honest, he is the better looking Skelliger I've met. On my first playthrough, I did not explore thoroughly, so he ended up as troll stew (consider this a belated apology). And I have this feeling that he lowkey carries a torch for Cerys.
