It's NPC Wednesday!

We may forget his name but not this rude gesture he repeats four times. He is a druid residing in Gedyneith, Skellige. In the quest Shock Therapy, Egill took a vow of silence, which Geralt finally breaks. Hilarity ensues!

Sukrus

If one hasn't gone to Skellige yet, then Sukrus is the first Skelliger you'll meet in the game (through Hattori's Of Swords and Dumplings quest). This bear of a man is an excellent representative of the Isle and the Clan Tuirseach.
