DIY Bookbinding: Jiminy’s journal binder: By Hero Central:

Here it is folks as promised Jiminy’s journal from Kingdom hearts it took some time but I was able to find some note book pages that I could use with the binding rings, though the two are blank and lined I realised one side could be used for notes whilst the back would be done for doodling. I’m using this book for my university course, and though there are a few rough edges in the book backing I am rather pleased with this piece. This was my first attempt at a binding book and as I said before some of these binder rings are incredibly hard to come by and I didn't want to resort to canalising old folders.
