I’m Scottish and I actually laughed so hard at that bagpipe skydiving video XD omg Scotland the Brave indeed 💖

before he passed, my dad was going to get (re-married) wearing one of our family kilts ad frankly all i can think about is my dad in a kilt playing bagpipes while bungee jumping and i fucking LOSE IT. 

everything about that video is perfect. the stoic look on his face, the determined piping of bags, the steadily warble as he approaches the bottom, the immediate resuming of the song, i just... it’s all just incredible.

JEANMARCO FOR THE OTP THING

-accidentally falls off the bed in the middle of the night: Jean rolls around a lot in his sleep and you’d think he’d accidentally kick Marco off the bed but he’s the one who usually wakes up in the floor.

-gives the other piggy back rides: Marco. Occasionally it’s because Jean had a little too much to drink and needed someone to get him home in one piece, but it’s mostly just for fun and Jean’s clingy af.

-tries to act tough but is really a giant sap: Jean! I like to imagine that in Isayama’s high school au Marco is basically the only one who sees past his bad boy facade because he saw him feeding a stray kitten on his way home from school once.

-almost burns down the kitchen trying to bake: Marco is permanently banned from the kitchen because he tried to make a mug cake once and long story short they had to replace the microwave.

-sings lullabies to their kids: Usually just Marco but occasionally Jean will sing with him because Marco’s shy about his voice and it’s the only way Jean gets to hear him.

-morning person vs dead until they get their coffee: Marco’s the one greeting the birds and singing like a Disney princess and you can’t get a coherent thought, coffee or no, from Jean until like at least 11am.

-cries during sappy movies: they both do but Marco’s better at hiding it because he knows that once Jean sees him crying he’ll start too.

-wears a billion layers because they get cold easily: Jean, and he also uses it as an excuse to once again be super clingy and touchy by putting his hands in Marco’s back pockets to warm them up.

-initiates cuddling: it’s about 50/50 with them but Marco’s the one who’s sweet and tender about it while Jean will see Marco sitting on the couch and basically just jump into his lap.

-hogs the covers: Jean, but it’s just because he tosses and turns so much and winds up in a huge mass of blankets.

-would fall over their own feet while trying to seduce the other: Jean broke a coffee table once by laying on it in a sexy pose in an ill-fated attempt to surprise Marco when he came home.

Okay, so a lot of the JeanMarco will be in Season 2 guaranteed. The only reason we didn’t include a lot of shipping throughout season 1 is so we could establish and get our bearings, plus we felt that writing romance within season 1 other than YumiKuri would detract from the bigger picture.

We have huge plans for including all the ships we talk about here in season 2 (which is already in the works as I type this)
