He had been informed that there was someone who might have been interested in a childhood memory from Sandringham House. It was nothing the King had put much weight to but apparently the staff had started to be quite convinced of something being off in the old part of the building.

“My -staff -have informed me that they --called you -here because you might -have some understanding of -something that -has been --troubling them?” And his childhood self but he did not think it relevant yet. He assumed that someone in the household staff knew of her and so had recommended her, she seemed to have passed security checks anyway. “Is that --correct?”

          HE IS NOT A STRANGER TO WAR.     While  the  sight  could  have  TERRIFIED  many ,  the  Dwarf  seems  to   give  himself  time  , not  only  to  pay  respects  to  the dead  , but   to  take  it  all  in  and  remind  himself  of  the  CRUELTY  of  his  enemies  .  Those  people  were  mere  travellers  , caught  in  the  midst  of  a  battle  that  is  not  theirs  to  fight  . The  wargs  that  were  sent  after  the  company  had  caught  their  scent ,  allowing  themselves  to  FEAST  on  the  innocent  as  the  company  managed  to  escape  .  Thorin  hopes  none  of  them  are  injured  ,  he  could  only  find  out  when  he and  his  UNINVITED  companion  catch  up  with  them  .

          ❛❛ Their  sacrifice  shall  not  be  in  vain. ❞    he  said  as  if  making  a  VOW  to  avenge  those  poor  souls  .  After  all  , None  of  this  would  have  happened  if  they  were  not  out  on  this  journey  .  For  that  he  felt  the  BURDEN  upon  him  only  get  heavier  .  However  is  willing  to  endure  it  .
