5. a favorite fic - i don’t read a ton of amy eleven fics but definitely the college au by anne

8. why i love them - god its hard to really say all about why i love them. i love their relationship. they know each other inside and out. i think that people are meant to be with someone who can make them the best possible version of themselves and i believe amy and eleven do that for each other.

I cannot possibly pick one character for some categories because there were 3 different generations, but I'll try my hardest to keep it at around 3!

my favorite female character(s) Effy, because she changed and grew a lot over the two generations. She was mysterious and broken and did what the fuck she wanted and I like that about her. She got what she wanted when she wanted it and still managed to always come out on top.

Grace, because she was the glue. She was everything I'd be if I could. She was the loving friend, girlfriend, the party girl who still managed to get good grades even with her various issues. She was the one who held everyone together and she had this air about her that just made her amazing and beautiful.

Liv, because she sort of reminds me of myself, in little ways. She puts up a front, but can admit that to herself. She calls people out on their bullshit and does what she pleases but still genuinely cares about those around her. She also parties really fuckin' hard and doesn't try to impress anyone. 

my favorite male character(s)

Chris, because he's all around an amazing character. He genuinely cared about his friends and tried when he was given a reason. He wasn't afraid to do stupid shit and live life the way he wanted to. 

Freddie, because he was there for all his friends. He was indecisive, but the things that really got me were how he asked Cook for his permission to date Effy because he knew he loved her, and the way he took care of Effy even though she put he and Cook through so much shit and practically ruined their friendship.

Cook, because his dark side shows even in the light. He was outgoing and just plain did not give a shit. He fucked up regularly and accepted it and just lived his life. The way he fucked up John Foster after finding out what happened to Freddie, and the way he took care of his brother  really showed me how diverse of a character he was.

Rich, I'm sorry, I know this is 4 but I just cannot decide. I loved Rich right from the moment I saw him on the screen. I feel like he changed so progressively and I love that he was so devoted to Alo and Grace. I love the way he could express things, and how he was written. I don't even know how to explain my love for him.

my favorite book/season/etc: In order of generation, I liked 2/3/1. I really wanted to hate generation 3 and put off watching series 5 forever, but when I started it I fell in love with the way the story was written. I liked the way the characters weren't all friends, and that they fell together.

my favorite episode (if its a tv show): Series 6, episode 2 (Rich).my favorite cast members: Luke Pasqualino and Jessica Sula.my favorite ships: Freffy, Hardlet, Malo.a character I’d die defending: Rich, Grace, Freddie, Cook.a character I just can’t sympathize with: Michelle and Pandora, and Franky (most of the time).a character I grew to love: Alex. I really resented the addition of a new character right after Grace's death, and I wanted so badly to hate him, but he grew on me instantly. my anti otp: minky, because though Mini and Franky had chemistry, neither of them were lesbians, and Franky was too emotionally unstable to provide a good support for Mini as a partner. and cassid, because from the beginning I knew that Cass would break Sid's heart. I go between loving and hating Cass each time I rewatch the generation. I just feel like Sid deserved better. Though, I recognize that Cass would make him happy and if she would be more up front, they would make an amazing couple.
