Ingredients: 1 cup smoked mozzarella cheese, shredded. 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese. 1/4 cup gluten-free all-purpose flour. 2 tablespoons unsalted butter. 1 cup milk. 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder. Salt and pepper to taste. Gluten-free bread or vegetables for dipping.
Instructions: Melt the butter over medium-low heat in a saucepan. Add the gluten-free flour and mix it in with a whisk until the mixture is smooth and bubbly. Slowly whisk in the milk until the mixture is smooth and thick. Add the grated Parmesan and shredded smoked mozzarella and mix until the cheese melts and the mixture is smooth. To taste, add garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Put the fonduta in a serving dish and serve it hot. You can dip gluten-free bread or vegetables in it.
