Guess who was having dinner with the wall that evening?" 😒 I need people to know that eating together is not only about the food it's about the social experience. 🔸Exclude the food 👎🏾not the person 👀 or 🔸be okay with them watching you eat or 🔸they can bring their own food. ▪️Alternatives that don't alienate people.▪️ ⚠️Most importantly a non negotiable if someone has contact anaphylaxis if they smell the food it's not a negotiation to have the food served.
