I ran 2.6 miles and i can barely walk
First food and exercise journal post :)

Breakfast: Special K cereal bar (I know, not healthy, but I was nervous about my test)
Lunch: 1 Cup of rice with 1/2 cup of black beans, some cheddar cheese, and 2 dollops of sour cream
Exercise: 30 minutes elliptical, various weight lifting focusing on upper body
More laterrrr. I'm making some healthy shrimp lo mein for dinner :)
