Char siew was amazingly fatty and lean and perfectly charred and sweet. Roast pork was crisp and flavourful. Kailan two ways was quite a unique experience. Leaves were fried and sprinkled with pork floss, we thought ir was seaweed. Stems were blanched and drenched in the usual oyster sauce. Herbal duck was a letdown, cos only the sauce had herbal taste. Lava egg wasn't very lava at all.
