Reason for being a fool

I am a fool because I know what I must do but don’t do it when I must. This causes great strife in my life. I’ve always questioned myself growing up what I’ve done what I’ll do what I’m doing. This makes me question what everyone important is doing. It gets to be a little over baring for people. I do the important things last, sometimes ends up making me not get around to the important things when I need to. I have to put too much thought into anything that I plan. It makes the whole plan take more time to complete because I spend more time thinking about the task than I do doing the task. I hold onto things to long. My stepfather pointed this out to me physically but as I thought about I do this mentally as well and it weighs me down too much to just blast forward.
