Art won't do certain things that are preached or touted as it's mandate, pessimistic view no doubt but art won't alleviate mass poverty only inclusion, participation and credit for a few and that's perfectly fine and offer no apologies for that. It won't make the world a paradise as we preach in our press releases and captions. At most it will really reflect back to us the world in a way we never thought was possible and that's where the magic is. The reflection and expression will instigate fresh dialogues, questions, soliloquies and curiosities the basic recipes that pushes the boundary of human expression and thus enrich our experience of the multifaceted life and living as we know it. Art gives you a place in the room to add yours to the database of what is valued or fawned over by an audience - which is a good thing. Inherently we all want to be desired and appreciated - someway somehow. So dear spirited artist do your job. Be the switch. Be the light to dark unexplored corners. Do this unhinged unhindered, that phoenix - burning- to find - life- like - spectacle, the understanding comes after not before. And with many Eureka moments, commerce might follow but not guaranteed. Burn. But don't lie to yourself. For only in truth can this beauty reveal itself.
