How do you deal with your anger?
Remove yourself from the situation if you can.
Try to keep your silence and bite your tongue. Remember the words and thoughts from an angry mind will eventually pass and will always pass. Focus on whatever is causing the anger and understand the root of it.
Repeating Dhikr, Istighfar and Duas is always the best anecdote. The Prophet ﷺ would perform also ablution to deal with it.
“If any of you becomes angry, let him keep silent.”
“Anger comes from shaytan, Shaytan was created from fire, and the fire is extinguished only with water; so when any of you is angry, he should perform ablution”.
“If any of you becomes angry and he is standing, let him sit down, so his anger will go away; if it does not go away, let him lie down.”
Abu Hurayrah narrated that, once a man came to Prophet Mohammad (PBUH) and said, “Advise me!” He said, “Do not get angry.” The man asked the same question several times and the Prophet (PBUH) said in each case, “Do not get angry.” (Bukhari)
The seventh treasure is on it’s way, how will Phos look ?
Ecclesiastes 7:9 (NIV) - Do not be quickly provoked in your spirit, for anger resides in the lap of fools.
Michael held up the pillow to the wall with his left hand while his right punched it one, two, three, four times in quick succession. He pulled back shaking out his hand, looking down to see that the skin across his knuckles still split from their impact with the wall even through the cushion. He let out a soft curse before tossing the useless object to the side.
There was so much energy buzzing through him. So much anger. His eyes searched his room for anything he could use as an outlet only to land on the window. Or what was past it at least.
Without much of a second thought, he was pulling his tennis shoes on along with his jacket. He didn't say anything to anyone as he left, mostly because he was too focused on getting outside to notice if anyone was even in the penthouse. He hit the elevator button with a grunt. Then again. Again.
He pivoted on his heels and took the stairs to get downstairs. It should've taken longer for 14 stories but they flew by in a daze.
The rain hit his face as soon as he was out the door and it startled him out of his rage for a moment. But as soon as the initial shock wore off, it came back worse than before. His shoes hit the pavement with harsh steps as he propelled himself forward. People yelled at him as they moved out of his way but they sounded so far away.
Michael wasn't sure how long he ran, but the sky had grown light out again and the streets were busy with the morning rush as civilians set off to work. He glanced around curiously, chest heaving, heart pounding, and legs burning from so much exercise, to see that he was down near the beach of Los Santos. He could see the pier off in the distance between a couple of buildings, the Ferris Wheel and roller coaster peeking up over the tops of the lower roofs.
He felt his pockets for his phone but he must have left it in his room during his rush. He cursed himself again as he started the slow and painful walk back towards the opposite side of town where their penthouse resided.

Bukār bin Muhammad said,
“Ibn ‘Awn never got angry. If a person tried to anger him, he would say: ‘May Allāh bless you.’”
A wise person should refrain from anger. As anger sows the seed of regret. It is better for a person to fix what angered him before he fixes what comes after it.
