Things I can do every day for myself to be happy:
Go running.
Write.
Watch The Office.
Eat healthy.
Talk to friends.
Learn something new for work.
Learn a new song on guitar.
Keep my apartment clean.
Make my bed so it's nice when I get into it.
READ.
Make goals for my future.
Don't drink alone.
Watch the Red Sox (opening day pending).
Listen to a new band.
Get an appropriate amount of sleep.
