Then honor and understand the emotions you and those you interact with are feeling. Don’t shut them off or ask others to.

Then remove judgment and stigma from conversation about mental health, therapy, addiction, trauma, lifestyle, etc.

Then practice acceptance of differences.

My heart broke when I read that heather is receiving death threats. This is fucking disgusting and I hope anyone who wrote that shit checks their fucked up mentality and gets help. I hope Heather is getting better and knows that no one deserves this shit.
