do you ever just, like, have a mental breakdown? like, it’s not healthy and honestly, i have so much to be grateful for and there’s really no reason for it and half of it is my own fault bc i’m stupid but i just freak out and i can’t, like, breathe properly for the next five minutes or concentrate on anything bc i just get so fucking terrified of everything that going to happen and i just want time to stop. like who even— just stop. the world is spinning so fast and i don’t know how to make it stop and yeah, maybe i’m being overly dramatic and maybe i’m making a big deal out of nothing but i’m doing it anyway and i just kind of dissociate a lot and zone out and some of my closet friends are like oh are you okay? why do you do that? and idk honestly. my brain just tires out and i can’t focus on anything and i want to be in a small boat in the middle of the ocean while the sun is going to sleep but i can’t because i’m sitting here before my computer with no one to talk to but myself and reevaluating my life choices bc i have so much fucking work that i have to do for tomorrow but i’m not doing anything and i’m just wasting time and not drinking water bc my bottle is empty and if i go downstairs then i have to get up and i don’t want to get up and talk to my parents and make conversation even though that’s all that i want to do so instead, i’m sitting here spewing a bunch of words on a page that i’m going to post on this hellsite (affectionate?) bc none of you know me irl (expect one of you but that’s okay. i’m ok) and so i can say whatever shit i want to and you won’t care which is really freeing in a way bc i know that a lot of you aren’t going to read this anyway which is okay i sound like i’m not okay and i say things that if someone overheard, they would most def think that i’m not okay and i keep telling myself that i am ok but you know, maybe i’m just lying to myself and that’s okay. but also, i could just be overly dramatic bc that’s the type of person i am bc i’m so fucking young and i don’t have a job and i still live with my parents and really, i’m doing anything with my life compared to some people but i’m still losing my mind but that’s ok. i’m ok. i’m ok.
