Can a sociopath be good? Do they all bully and smear people?

A sociopath is somebody who doesn’t experience empathy. That’s all. That simple trait doesn’t make somebody good or bad. It’s really not as critical as you might think.
As a sociopath, I am capable of sympathy and compassion, and in my opinion, these are more effective and useful than empathy. Empathy is an automatic feeling, which depending on the situation and the person, can cause someone to be rash and actually cause damage. Sympathy and compassion are both conscious decisions, and do not require “hot” feelings.
To answer your question: yes. Definitely not every sociopath is a bully, as sociopathy doesn’t really immediately connect to harassment and cruelty.
