I might be wrong about this, but larries using the gq "i'm pretty sure i'm not bisexual" interview as proof that H is gay makes me a bit uncomfortable(?)
First things first - i'm a firm believer that Harry is homosexual. But do people really think that if he were bi, he would just come out like that? In a random interview in 2013 ? Of course he would deny it
Yes, you can make a point that his denial sounded pretty convincing and natural, completely different from the larry ones, but it was a printed article - it could've been edited to make it sound "more real" and make Harry appear straight (or to larries - gay ig)
It just seems like double standards when we laugh at antis arguing with larries by posting larry denials in their mentions when larries do the same with this interview in antis' mentions arguing about why Harry is gay.
Does that make sense? Once again, i do believe that he's gay and I am a larrie, but that interview has no bearing on my opinion on H's sexuality. he could've said he's bi and I still wouldn't believe it because there's just so much that points to him being gay that this interview just seems irrelevant
Yes, of course he wouldn’t answer the question with no, “I’m not bi, I’m actually gay.” But I think it’s very interesting that he didn’t just answer the (very rude and invasive) question with, “No. Actually, I’m straight.”

Personally, I’ve never used this quote to say he’s gay. But I have used to remind people that he’s most likely not bisexual because he literally says he’s “pretty sure he’s not.”
I do, however, think he answered this way to avoid saying he’s straight.
So… that’s how I feel about it.
But yes, I think we all should hold ourselves to the same standards we hold others to.
