We have a fucking ancient original Ipad 2. Its around 14 years old.

It was running on the ~latest iOS~ that was a forced update about ten years ago.

Did you know that Apple got sued for deliberately pushing out buggy and slow as fuck IOS updates to slow down old devices and convince people they were outdated and that they needed to "upgrade" to the next $600+ product??

shout out to Europe for passing all those laws that means apple shit has to be available on non apple devices, because the day all that gets sorted out and I don't have to call decades of music and movie library building a loss in order to switch, I am chucking all of these pieces of crap into the sea (disposing of them properly using ecologically safe methods).
