It's the little things you do that make my heart skip a beat.

...the way you call immediately especially when I tell you that I miss hearing your voice.

...the way you would quickly notice a change in my voice or my micro-expressions.

I think I also fell for your smile...

...your adorable smile when you see me hop in your car after a long work week.

...the way your eyes look so happy when they look into mine.

and your laughter, how could I not fall for that.

...your contagious laughter whenever I mispronounce some words because of my weird accent.

I must admit that I love holding your warm hands.

I love how your fingers entwine perfectly with mine.

Most of all, I love how you drive all the way from your place to mine just to see me for a couple of hours.

For Drew on His 13th Birthday

Drew,

I knew I could write you a letter telling you all of the memories I have had with you or even send you a simple card but I didn't want to do that. I thought it would be more fun to write a blog for you to see how special of a cousin you are to me! You were the first cousin I have ever had. Born only 6 short months away from my youngest sister. I'll never forget how amazing it was to have Skyler, Morris, and you all born in the same year. That year was 2000, when everyone thought the world would end due to Y2K. When Furby's were cool and having a DVD player was the greatest thing in the world. I was exactly 10 when you were born, just a young girl myself. I remember all of the fads when I was a teen and shortly after teaching you about the cool movies, toys, gadgets and music. I remember taking you to see many of the Harry Potter movies and this past Sunday I sat down to watch a few of them and couldn't help but think about taking you all those years ago. I remember babysitting you when you were a teeny little thing, always scared I would do something wrong. You were actually the first person I ever babysat (good thing I didn't screw up too bad!). I remember you always wanting to play with my cell phone or not wanting to play with me at all because I wasn't too good at sports and Uncle Al was always cooler than me! If there were one person in our family that I think the most like me it would be you! We both are naturally smart, genuine, and maybe a little quieter sometimes (but always find a way to be funny). I loved dancing crazy with you at Rachel's Bat Mitzvah. I loved sneaking you, Skyler and Jacob donuts when you would sleep over at Grandma's. I loved swimming with you in the summer time. I remember how you never actually believed I could drive you anywhere even though I was actually 16! The memories go on and on and I can't wait to make new memories with you. I'm sorry I can't be there for your special day but I promise that when I get back to Dallas we will have a special day just me and you and we can do anything you want to do! I look forward to all of the amazing things I know that you will do in your life. This is just the beginning of something great. Keep your head up, always believe in your dreams, and always be thankful! You are very special to a lot of people including myself so don't you forget that!

A message to my flawless followers and writers!

As 2012 ends, I'd like to take a moment to thank every single one of my followers.

I feel blessed that in only 5 short months, i've gained so many beautiful, faithful and friendly followers who have made me so happy in such a short space of time. The many hours of reading fanfiction, talking to you all and responding to your requests seem all worth it thanks to the lovely messages you send me frequently. I'm glad I can be of help to you.
