Foreign Ministry to use artificial intelligence to analyze foreign policy The Russian Foreign Ministry plans next year to develop a conceptual project for a big data analysis system using artificial intelligence in relation to foreign policy activities, Sergey Kiryushin, Special Representative of the Russian Foreign Minister for Digital Transformation, told RBC. “Based on the results of the conceptual design, we will be determined in relation to the financing of the program, but so far this issue is under discussion,” he said.
