This time of year a lot of people are talking about Christmas and the things we do around Christmas time and I know a lot of people still like watching Christmas TV in the UK for example I know what a lot of people will be watching of an evening around Christmas 2018 (see YouTube video below).

On the day I made this video I did engage in Shinrin-Yoku ‘Forest Bathing’ as I always do when I go to what I call: ‘The Mersey Coastal Forest’ but on this particular day I PROPPER Hiked LOADZ of the forest so this got me thinking (while I was doing a PROPPER DIGITAL / SCREEN TIME DETOX) I’m more of a ‘Forest Hiker’ than a ‘Forest Bather’ simply because Shinrin-Yoku ‘Forest Bathing’ is a nice part of my ‘Forest Hike’ but for the most part I’m actually ‘Hiking’ amongst TheTrees🌲🤗🌲
