Took me forever to post this, but I made these little Kodama figures in a flameworking class this past summer at @urbanglass_nyc with @iroczii ! It was my first time flameworking and I fell in love with it and hope to try it again soon. . Kodama are tree spirits in Japanese folklore and are featured in films such as Studio Ghibli’s Princess Mononoke. They look great cozied up in a potted plant, or in a cork on your wine bottle! ✨🍾 . Some of you have shown interest in buying them, and while it’s hard to let my children go, I want them to have a good home. The last image shows one who now lives with my lovely friend @mysalm ! Hello! I love your thoughts on cliffhangers. They are fun, aren't they? At least fun for us as writers- perhaps not always so much for readers- but they're such an excellent tool, and you can do so much with them! As for your writing compliment, dialogue is a wonderful thing to be good at- and I love a bit of unpredictability. I tend to get quite flowery too, it's more fun that way, isn't it?

The more you write, the more I want to read your fic. You have a very calming way with words, it just trickles over my brain like a ladle of constellation filled water! I just love it when the readers go a little bit tsunami, the forces pounding upon my brain for motivation! And it is so fun to be flowery-- the depths of language know no bounds! EVERYTHING IS FUN IF THERE IS MOTIVATION.
