hi! may i know how u approach ur workout sessions? cardio, or cardio and strength? or just strength? also i love ur blog its my positive safe space whenever i get negative thoughts about my weight loss :D

during the week i only do 1h of cardio (and rarely some strength training).
on weekends i have more time on my hands and i do a 7 minute cardio warm-up and start my strength training. after that i do 1h of cardio :)
i don’t have rock hard abs (yet) but it’s progressing slowly and that’s fine :D
