Sitting at Forge in Jack London Square overlooking the yachts and smooth, tranquil, soothing water discussing the reality TV show that’s still being edited prior to being presented to the networks, and our waiter enthusiastically comes over and greets us, introduces himself, Tom maybe, I don’t recall. What I do remember is what came next. So cute. So catchy. He went on to say, “I’m here to facilitate your dining experience.” I loved it. And of course I followed up with, can I take your photo. He stepped back as directed and we were off to the races.
