ok uh. nervous as hell to say this for some reason but that was actually referencing my oc Sedha because he’s kind of a hivemind……. thing. that’s basically all you need to know but im also gonna put a long-suppressed lore rant under the cut here
just to drop some backstory on the dude, Sedha’s a god, functionally. that’s what he was created to be by the original god/most-powerful-entity-in-the-universe-who-thus-declared-himself-god-by-default, Enodah (Enodah sucks. He’s a horrible asshole by human morals. Keep this in mind).
Recently (like, since 600 BCE or so), Enodah started slowly dying because he’s very old, and his massive ego won’t let his creation (the universe) fully burn out, so he needs someone else like-minded to tend to it forever (or at least until he can figure out how to reincarnate himself)
So he did the only thing he knows how to do (unfathomably large human rights violations) and took the souls of slaughtered thousands and melded them together into the singular, unfathomably large entity that is Sedha. He also threw some cosmic technology in there to keep things running smoothly so he’s essentially also part robot… cyborg… thing.
Basically, Sedha’s brainstuffs are so well-puréed that he still effectively functions as a singular MASSIVE, basically all-powerful godly entity to take care of the universe (does this mean he’s technically not a hivemind because he just functions as one guy? idfk man ill overthink that one later) and boom, perfect, exactly what Enodah needs and there’s no reason to think Sedha won’t love him and want to honor his legacy by taking over the universe. Father-son bonding experience.
HOWEVERRRRR due to his humanistic origins, Sedha still has ✨human flaws✨ such as being capable of caring about people (BOOOOOOOO.) and like, not wanting to inflict pain and suffering (LAMESAUCE). And Enodah does NOT get that mindset and does NOT enjoy or understand why his special little messiah boy is not morally identical to him. cue Sed’s ongoing struggle to accept what he is and his place in the universe, cosmic teen angst and rebellion and various large-scale feuds. but that’s. A whole nother can of worms.
ANYWAYS so TECHNICALLY appearance-wise Sed’s true form is a huge massive maze-like cavern of brainstuffs that exists in an inaccessible dimension BUT he made up his own special little physical form that he essentially uses magic Bluetooth to beam into the real world when needed and i have not doodled him in literal years and found i have no visual reference of him on my device so. please take this doodle from memory
