Chip was a human researcher working for Laplace until the Storm Immunity Incantation led to them becoming a mass of wires, Watts periodically repairs Chip's body.

Heres the Containment Trio (working team name idk I cant name for shit)

R1999 ocs all working in the Containment Department (Foundation/Laplace affiliated)

To summarise left to right:

Blue = Weiss - Sentient/ Haunted mask, entity of contracts and bindings, former Manus now Foundation member. Made an unknown contract with Juniper

Green = Chip (real name Juniper Nightingale) - formerly a human researcher leading the Containment Dep. until the failed Storm Immunity incantation nearly ending her life. With a contract with Weiss she lives on in a new body, built with the efforts of Madam Lucy and Watts.

Red = Watts - An Awakened based on the Edison lightbulb, became a member after Chip found them and currently are "Good friends" with her. Serves as a general repairmen for Laplace, alongside commissions for upgrades and repair to the interior of the Timekeeper's lobby.
