-Beginning of Tape-

“It worked. I think so anyways. Gold and Benny both returned, although Benny is in critical condition. Bullet wounds in his chest, shoulder, and back. Entry points show he was shot in the chest and shoulder from the front, and a single shot in the back, presumably a sniper post out behind them. his left ear has been torn, many slices going up and down his back, and a stab wound in his lower side. J-Dog and Clyde are nowhere to be seen. Presumably dead.”

The sounds of shuffling could be heard before a deep sigh.

“Gold… Won’t speak a word of what’s happened. In fact he hasn’t said a word since he returned. How he’s even conscious is beyond me. A deep slice up his right eye, deep slice along the left middle side of his neck, bruised ribs, some fractured, bullet wound in his upper chest, right side where his heart would be if it were inverted. The bullet was still in there when he returned with Benny’s arm over his shoulder. Covered in blood that isn’t his own. What happened there is something I don’t think I’ll ever find out, some of the people here don’t want to find out.”

More shuffling is heard, maybe the voice shifting positions?

“He’s still awake. He hasn’t left Benny’s side since he’s gotten back, and I doubt he will till he knows that the rabbit will live. Once Gold recovers it’ll be time to get to work.”

The voice cleared his throat.

“Tomorrow He begins harder training.”

A click is heard.
